Premises and Facilities Manager
Required from September 2020
Salary: Band P06, NJC scale points 32-35: Â£34,788-Â£37,849 per annum Working Hours. The standard working week is 36.25 hours, over 5 days per week. However the role holder will be expected to be flexible with working arrangements in order to meet the demands of the role.

The Premises and Facilities Manager has overall responsibility for the premises of AGGS and the premises and facilities staff that are based at AGGS. The positionâ€™s primary objective is to manage all the premises-related day-to-day activities and services to the highest quality, enabling the schools to carry out its business activities in a safe comfortable, productive and cost-effective environment.
The Premises and Facilities Manager is a member of the schoolâ€™s senior management team and undertakes any associated responsibilities, in order to contribute to the overall organisation, management and direction of the school. Good interpersonal skills are vital for this post, as the Premises and Facilities Manager must develop and maintain effective working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders in order to obtain and present information, provide advice and carry out duties in relation to the development and maintenance of the schoolâ€™s premises and facilities.
