Year 7: maintenance- the process of preserving a condition or situation or the state of being preserved. “crucial conditions for the maintenance of democratic government”

Year 8: minorities- the smaller number or part, especially a number or part representing less than half of the whole. “only a minority of properties are rented”

Year 9: migration- movement from one part of something to another. “there is virtually no cell migration in plants”

Year 10: martyr- a person who is killed because of their religious or other beliefs. “the first Christian martyr

Year 11: mediation- intervention in a dispute in order to resolve it; arbitration. “the parties have sought mediation and it has failed”

Year 12: melancholy- a feeling of pensive sadness, typically with no obvious cause. “an air of melancholy surrounded him”

Year 13: myriad- a countless or extremely great number of people or things. “myriads of insects danced around the light above my head”
